Supporting Staff

Dawn Banks

Dawn Banks is a 1999 graduate of Kent State University where she obtained a degree in Sociology. She is originally from Rootstown, Ohio where she attended Rootstown High School. Dawn is currently the office manager at Pinnacle Chiropractic. Prior to marrying Dr. Banks, Dawn had many migraine headaches that now, with the care of Chiropractic, have greatly been reduced. At home, Dawn has a son Alexander and a daughter Taylor. She also has two Siberian huskies that she loves to take running. Dawn loves to take credit for working hard while helping to put Dr. Banks through chiropractic school, so make sure to thank her when you see her! (Just kidding.)

Heather Nellis

Heather Nellis is originally from Mogadore, Ohio. She graduated from Mogadore High School in 2004. Prior to her employment at Pinnacle Chiropractic, she attended Stark State College for E.M.T. training. She is planning on returning to complete her fire course and start a new major. Heather is also one of the many who was under the care of Dr. Banks. She had been in a motor vehicle accident and was treating when she was asked to fill her position as the front desk chiropractic assistant. She is a great asset to Pinnacle Chiropractic and has been here since June of 2005. Heather has a cat at home named Tinkerbell who has no tail! She still loves her just as much, though.
